S34700 Stainless Round Bar

A common characteristic shared by grades 304, 321 and 347 is that they have the same basic chemical composition. Which means their alloy including the material for 347 stainless steel round bar consisted of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Yet, it has been noted that the properties for grade 347 and 321 are almost similar. This is on account of the addition of a stabilizing element in their alloy. For instance, the 347 stainless steel rods are stabilized by the addition of niobium to the alloy.
